A very creamy protein delight you can fit in any part of the day, avoid store-bought peanut butter with preservatives and switch to a perfectly easy and healthy homemade peanut butter.

Ingredients
1. 250 grams Salted Peanuts
2. 45 grams Melted Butter

How to make it Healthier
1. Please consume peanuts and peanut butter both in moderation, never more than 25g in one meal.
2. Do not use sweeteners like honey, jaggery or white sugar, if you really need, use erythritol/xylitol/stevia

Instructions

1. Blend everything together.
2. Every few minutes scrape down the sides to ensure better consistency.
3. Blend till a smooth butter is formed.
4. Store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks (or maybe even longer).
