A nutritiously packed green smoothie can be your daily dose of micronutrients, rich in vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, and fibres, your healthy body shall love it to the core. Use as many ingredients or as available, this dynamic recipe calls for being into your daily routine for sure.

Choose one or more leafy greens or cruciferous greens available.

1. Coriander
2. Spinach
3. Radish tops (Mooli ke patte) or Beet tops (Chukandar ke patte) or Carrot tops (Gajar ke patte) or Ajwain ke patte or Turnip tops (Shaljam ke patte)
4. Bok Choy
5. Lettuce
6. Lauki (Bottle guard)
7. Cauliflower
8. Meethi neem
9. Mint (Pudina)
10. Kale
11. Cucumber
12. Lemongrass
Add

1. Black salt
2. Lemon
3. ACV
4. Flax seeds/pumpkin seeds
5. Beetroot
6. Wheatgrass powder/grass
7. Chillies if you like it spicy
8. Coconut piece

How to make it Healthier
1. Green smoothie recipe is a very dynamic and evolving recipe, you can always add more or less depending on what is available with you.

2. In the beginning, ALWAYS make sure you work on identifying which greens suit you, try eliminating or adding one by one and notice how your body reacts.

3. DO NOT forget to have 2 lemons in your day, to prevent chances of having oxalate stones because of so many greens. Adding lemon and salt is mandatory to your smoothie.

4. You can skip ACV if it doesn’t suit you.

5. If you don’t like the fibrous part of the smoothie, you can always strain and have the juice. Use the green fibre in making delicious cheelas with besan and eggs.

Instructions

1. Clean the vegetables with warm water.
2. If you are not used to taking raw greens, boil the vegetables before blending.
3. You can wash and freeze them for 15 minutes as well. Frozen vegetables blend far more easily.
4. Now blend them in mixer.
5. If you have a slow juicer, it’s even better way to juice greens.
