Palak Paneer Tikkis/Kebabs

A simple and nutritious hara bhara kebab recipe which is extremely delicious and healthy. Add some curd, peanuts and crushed nuts to have this as a yummy satisfying tikki chaat as well.

Ingredients
1. 350 g Spinach
2. 150 g Paneer
3. 70 g Coarse Ground Almonds
4. 1 Chopped Medium Sized Green Bell Pepper
5. 2 Garlic Cloves
6. 1 Tbsp Crushed Ginger
7. 2 Green Chilis
8. 2 Stalks of Spring Onions
9. Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
10. 70 g Grass Fed Unsalted Butter
11. 1 Tsp Salt
12. Red Chili Powder as Per Taste
13. Two Tsp Coriander Powder

How to make it Healthier
1. You can also add some more green veggies to make your kebabs healthier.

2. Always use ghee, butter, olive oil, sesame oil, mustard oil to fry.

Instructions

1. Firstly, to make keto hara bhara kebabs, blanch spinach in hot water for 2 minutes. Secondly, drain all the excess water. And mash the leaves.
2. Subsequently, in a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients used to make kebabs and mix everything together. All the veggies should be washed and well drained.
3. Further, shape the mixture as round patties. And, after that, shallow fry the kebabs till they turn golden brown in colour from both sides. 
4. On the other hand, alternatively, you may bake them for 25 to 30 minutes.
