Ema Datshi is the national dish of Bhutan, it is slow cooked with onion, tomatoes, chillies and peppers in cheesy gravy. Add more and more green veggies to make it a good one pan meal for your lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
1. Bell peppers, capsicum 1-2
2. Brocolli
3. 1 red onion , sliced
4. 1 tomato , sliced
5. 3 cloves garlic , crushed
6. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
7. Cheese, 3-4 slices
8. Salt to taste
9. 1 cup water (to cook the veggies)
10. Paneer (100g)

How to make it Healthier
1. You can add your choice of veggies and cheese to this recipe, add oregano and basil to have a cheesy pasta like taste.

Instructions

1. Heat a pan and add butter.
2. Add the sliced onion, tomato, veggies and chillies.
3. Give them a quick toss and the water.
4. Season them with salt. Cover and cook until the peppers become tender. 
5. Add cheese, cream as you would like the consistency.
