1. 8-10 carrots (medium), grated
2. 3 tbsp pure ghee
3. 2 cups milk
4. 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
5. 1/4 cup khoya, grated
6. 10-12 almonds, sliced

How to make it Healthier
1. Do not add a lot of cashews as they are very high in carbs.

2. Adding some raisins (in moderation) to this recipe makes it deliciously sweet without sugar.

Instructions

1. Heat the pure ghee in a non-stick kadai. Add the grated carrots and sauté for about five minutes.
2. Add the milk and cook.
3. Add the green cardamom powder, and mix. Cook for about ten to fifteen minutes.
4. Add the khoya and mix. Cook till the mixture is almost dry. Garnish with almonds.
5. Serve hot or cold.
