An amazing vegetarian low carb salad recipe, without adding any sugary sauces and dressings. Make your own low carb dressings or add some seasoning and enjoy as it is. Add penauts, nuts, seeds for the crunch too!

1. Lettuce or Butter Crunch Lettuce : 3 cups
2. Spring Mix: 2 cups
3. Cucumber: 1/2 cup
4. Bell Pepper: 1/2 cup
5. Broccoli: 1 cup
6. Tomato: 1/2 cup
7. Chopped Almond: 2 Tbsp
8. Chopped Walnut: 2 Tbsp
9. Pumpkin Seeds: 2 Tbsp
10. Chia Seeds: 1 to 2 Tsp
11. Black Pepper: As per taste
12. Himalayan Pink Salt: As per taste
13. Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 1 Tbsp
14. Raw Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 to 2 Tbsp
15. Shredded Cheese: 1/4 cup
16. Lemon Juice: As per taste
17. Nutritional Yeast: 1/2 to 1 Tbsp
