Homemade Mayonnaise (with and without eggs)

High in good fat and bringing tons of taste into salads, almond flour breads, tortillas and what not. If you like sauces, you definitely have to try this special mayo recipe and include it as a regular side.

Ingredients
With egg:

1. 1 cup olive oil
2. 1 Egg
3. 1 Tsp Mustard of choice
4. 2 Tsp Lime Juice or Vinegar
5. 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
6. 1/2 Tsp Salt

Eggless:

1. 200 grams Fresh Cream
2. 50 grams olive oil
3. 1 Tsp Mustard of choice
4. 2 Tsp Lime Juice or Vinegar
5. 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
6. 1/2 Tsp Salt

How to make it Healthier
1. You can add these to you salads, make sandwiches with almond flour bread or spoon it over lettuce leaves.

Instructions

With egg:



1. Blend everything except the oil with a hand blender or food processor.
2. Add the oil in 1/3rd at a time and blend till a nice creamy mayo has been formed.
3. Store in the fridge.

Without egg:
