Untreated causes of acute inflammation, such as an infection or injury can sometimes turn into chronic inflammation. It is basically an ongoing, long-term injury in the body which isn’t getting rest to heal. The tissue gets permanently damaged.

All medical diseases with -itis are caused by inflammation: Conjuctivitis, Arthritis, Colitis.

Inflammation is primarily caused by exposure to radiation, chemical drugs and sugar consumption. Although some people could have issues with certain kinds of food like milk products.

Bringing changes in foods you eat is critical for healing. Body needs rest to do its job. Prolonged fasting is also an amazing technique to heal inflammation.
