A lot of green veggies available in summers like pumpkin, lauki, cucumber, mint and kakdi, torai, tinde can be used to make your green smoothies. You can use the seeds and vegetable peels too after cleaning properly while making green smoothies.
Although we avoid or consume watermelon and muskmelon in moderation, you can always use their seeds in making your green smoothies. Chia seeds, Poppy seeds, Flax seeds can also be added.
