Ghee has an amazing anti inflammatory role. Along with that, if you have major inflammation issues, or -itis diseases (like arthritis, colitis etc), below are the three things you should try:

1. Go for Zero sugar, indirect sugar in form of grainy/refined carbs too.
2. Decrease or eliminate poly unsaturated oils, if major inflammation, try decreasing mustard and sesame oil too.
3. Decrease dairy or milk products too like milk, paneer, curd.

All this are extreme measures to heal extreme inflammation in body, if you have a manageable issue, you can opt for the midway too instead of completely cutting down on these things.

As a rule, always substitute one food with another to fill up for nutrition. For example, coconut, coconut oil and ghee for saturated fat. And rajma, legumes, dal as protein sources for vegetarians.

Given these, the absolute best way to heal Inflammation is to give body the space to heal itself which is by doing intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting.
