Huddle Summary
Short & Crisp Snippets
The movement of food and liquids through the digestive and excretory system, namely through oesophagus, stomach, instestines, rectum and anus occurs through peristalsis movement. As we grow up, the peristalsis movement weakens and we face a lot of digestive issues and constipation. To support this movement, we can do yogic kriyas like Nauli and Agnisaar 1. Bend and put your hands on the knees. 2. Breathe out and Exhale completely through mouth. 3. Move the stomach back and forth You can do this many times in a day to support the peristalsis movement in your body. Setup an hourly chime and link it with this quick exercise.
