It is highly recommended to consume ACV before meals. Always consume ACV after dilution, add 2 tablespoons in half a glass of water. On top of it, you can add one or more of the following for added benefits. Out of these, lemon and black salt is highly recommended as a basic. Add more options as per your taste, liking, and variation:

To be noted, it is safe to consume less than 30-35 ml of ACV per day. ACV is safe to consume for everyone except if you have a case of stomach ulcers. If you try out and liquid ACV doesn’t suit you, ACV tablets also come in handy.
