A lot of leafy greens which are very nutrient dense, are also high in oxalates, which if not taken care of can cause oxalate stones in the body. Hence to manage this, ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 2 LEMONS in the day, you can have it with water, ACV, salt or whatever food you’re consuming but always ensure you consume 2 lemons each day to prevent the formation of stones. In our nutrition program, where we consume 8-10 cups of greens everyday, having lemons is extremely important.
