I completed one month in CqMyOE yesterday and I don’t think that I can give words to the experience I have had in the last 31 days. It’s not like that I did not think of working on my health earlier, it’s not like that I did not enrolled in Gym and I did not took a new year resolution of getting healthy, but the difference I observed is that this is not like our education system where the only goal we are told is to get good marks in the examination, us samay history padhne me maut aati thi, English literature ki book ka ratta lagana padta tha, aaj wo sab wapas padhne ka mann karta hai because now we have much more clarity ki ye kyun karna hai. I guess same thing is with the health and our habits, jab tak aapko pata hi nahi ki isse kya hone wala hai tab tak aap us habit ko kyun badloge.

My family tried poori life ki I start eating green veggies but it only started happening after Stuti explained ki bhaiya system work kaise karta hai, green khaane se kya benefit hoga, and trust me I have consumed much more lauki in last 31 days then in last 31 years. 🤭🤫

Here are my takeaways from last 31 days –

1. Make a small change 🤏 in your routine and see the difference.

The last thing I used to do before I go to sleep was checking my phone and the first thing after waking up also was checking the phone. For the last 15 days, I have started keeping my phone in another room when I go to sleep and I can not just explain the results. My sleep is at least 3 times more sound than earlier. 😴😴😴

2. You are not a superman 🕺🏻, you will make mistakes but just don’t give up on yourself. Aaj nahi to kal hoga, but hoga.

I try my best but I am not able to do everything every day, but I have that realization ki yaar ye aaj nahi ho paaya lekin kal pakka try karenge. Pehle aisa nahi hota tha, ek baar appan comfort zone me aaye to bas usi din se ho gaya give up. 🤦‍♂️

3.Make a connection with your body, observe the changes, give more time to yourself

I used to feel energyless, sleepy, now I feel more active. I think I am getting more productive at work. Earlier there was no schedule, sometimes I used to even sleep at 5AM, now 1AM is last.

And the funniest thing that has happened is that I and my life partner, Prachi – We have swapped our roles. Earlier she was after my life to eat all the healthy things and now it’s the opposite. 🤣

Thank you @Stuti Ma’am, @Aakkritti :), @shubhankar and the whole community. 🤘
