I Healed My Hyperthyroid

Feeling contented and grateful to share that i have been eating clean 1800 – 2000 kcal from past 7 months, consuming 8 – 10 spoons of ghee every single day, eating greens more than ever in my life may be, and nutritional yeast, dim, counting the steps every day etc have been there in the system without any fail.

I’ve noticed:

  1. My back pain is almost gone (which I felt was impossible after a c-sec).
  2. The feeling of low energy throughout the day was consistent across years and ask me now, I’m bubbling with energy all day.
  3. My skin texture has really gotten better and I can see a little pinkish tone as compared to a pale complexion earlier.
  4. I am not hungry all the day like I used to be because of my hyper thyroid. A good daily dose of ghee taken in the morning ensures I don’t crave for any meal in between but go as planned.

Most important of all, now I feel there is a sense of freedom, freedom of physical readiness, to be able to walk, run, play, and a lot many things that I avoided for such a long time because of a such low energy and weakness I always used to feel within.

Guys, I believe one major reason that I could do this much is, knowing I am not doing it alone.

Reading the journey of each community member kept inspiring me to push a little more, and then a little more every day.

So grateful to CqMyOE team not just for the 1-1 guidance but for creating this beautiful community support.
