My journey has been not less than miracle. When I joined, I was dealing with below challenges:

  1. I was 96.6 kg when I joined CqMyOE program
  2. I was having multiple health issues: High cholesterol, High triglyceride, Blood sugar, Uric Acid, Acid reflux
  3. I was having 6-7 tablets every day for all these health issues
  4. I could easily get tired working continuous for 4-5 hours and in afternoon I always felt sleepy
  5. Even climbing 1 floor of stairs was difficult for me those days

So finally CqMyOE happened, and after having the intro session we (me and Upasana) started our journey.

  1. Every day eat 1800-1900 calories
  2. Be consistent, mark attendance, follow what the coach says
  3. Eat right, Eat healthy & Understand the basics

So In Feb I had joined and March had gone for blood test, surprisingly my blood sugar Hb1ac reports were lowest in all time (I have diabetes since 6 years). I was loosing weight, body was full of energy, was able to climb even 2nd and 3rd floor without any effort.

Where do i stand now after 5 months:

  1. I have stopped taking any medicine (7 tablets for different disease) completely from April and doing very well
  2. My high cholesterol, High triglyceride, Blood sugar, Uric Acid, Acid reflux all have vanished, I am as fit as I was in college days
  3. I have lost almost 14 kg, my weight is 82.6 ( Started with 96.6)
  4. My skin tone has changed a lot and i have started looking younger like I used to in 2007-08
  5. I can stand in sun for hours and still feel calm (earlier I would run be uncomfortable in sun in just 10 min)
  6. My body has developed lot of strength and inner energy, it is healing at fast pace just because of healthy food and lifestyle

For me CqMyOE has been the X Factor in my life, i am happy to say that I would die healthy☺️☺️☺️
Bas thoda kharcha badh gaya wardrobe ka 😜😜😜😜😜 XXL se XL ho gaye sare sizes
