A pretty awesome protein breakfast or snack which tastes as good as it looks. If you’re somebody you finds having peanut butter as it is a daunting task, this is the perfect recipe for you.
Peanut butter Milkshake
Ingredients
1. ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk/coconut milk (185ml)
2. 3 tbsp heavy cream (45ml)
3. 2 tbsp smooth all natural – peanut butter (no sugar added) (30g)
4. ½ tsp vanilla extract

How to make it Healthier
1. Please consume peanuts and peanut butter both in moderation.
2. Do not use sweeteners like honey, jaggery or white sugar, if you really need, use erythritol/xylitol/stevia.
3. You can also use regular milk if the daily macros and GL you have taken on allows for it.
4. If you are using store-bought peanut butter, please make it is the unsweetened one.

Instructions

1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend for approx. 30 seconds to 1 minute or until everything is blended properly.
3. Fill into a jar and serve right away.
