1. Do not consume excess liquids with meals
As far as possible, do not consume a lot of liquids along with your main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). There’s limited capacity of stomach to accomodate food/liquid. Consuming lot of liquids leaves only so much space for you to have nutri dense food, which can lead you to have cravings. Since liquids hardly cause any insulin spike, you can have these in the middle of the day, and focus on eating enough fat, protein and greens in your main meals.

2. Environment Setting
We can modify our behaviour, choices and preferences by the designing the environment around us. Your options are constrained by what’s available. They are shaped by the first choice.

If you want to eat mindfully, remove processed foods from your eyesight, keep healthy foods near you.

If you want to be productive, separate your work, leisure and rest areas. People around and most of all, your head will relate better with the different spaces meant for different tasks.

Keep making 1% improvements, consistently to modify your environment and hence your life.
