Hence, Design the central/mini rule, which is linkage to Everest. A 2-minute rule or something minimal that you would do even if your day goes haywire or any major event happens in your life.

However slow you walk, keep walking.
Starting from the start takes the most momentum. Keep following the central rule and keep building on it.

Point and call: Give loud instructions to yourself. It’s easier to say and hear things you want to do instead of being confused and ignorant in your head.
