However, in the Nutritious Lifestyle we’re following, where we’re green and fat adapted people, we already have green juice, lemon water and laung water itself makes about 1-1.5L water. On top of it, have as much water as your body requires, according to your activity, thirst and body types. Listen to your body.
Do not have excessive water, as it can drain out all the essential minerals out of the body. At the same time, do not have too little water, it could cause dehydration.
You can always have laung, elaichi, saunf etc with your water instead of having plain water to get some additional nutrients in the body.
