Addiction to thoughts is real, we often forget life is in action and not in thoughts.
We keep saying so many things over and over again, in our head, that we detach from the fact that it is just a thought, and that thought does not define us.

In context of food, we tell ourselves and others so many times that we like to eat this, or we can’t live without so and so food, the thought has become our addiction.

Be present to your thoughts and watch yourself for being stuck with your thoughts. And break the cycle.
