Vitamin C and Vitamin E are considered very good for the skin. In our lifestyle at CqMyOE, we consume ample Ghee (Vit E) and lemon (Vit C) to nourish our skin from inside out. 1. To top off the nutrition, what you can also do is take lemon peel after squeezing it, dip a little in ghee and apply on your face, before sleeping or whenever you feel comfortable. 2. Take kesar, honey and little ghee, microwave it for a few seconds and apply it on your face like a facepack for few mins. Wash it off if required. Kesar will give you the golden glow on your face.
