Aerobic: Exercises in which oxygen is used for energy conversion. No oxygen deficiency, mostly Zone 0-1 exercises.

Anaerobic: Exercises in which there’s lack of oxygen, body uses another pathway for energy conversion. Oxygen debt, lactic acid is produced. Extreme fatigue after too much production of lactic acid. Lactic acid needs to be neutralized by massages, Epsom salt etc otherwise body experiences lot of pain and fatigue.

Aerobic exercises are for longevity, can always do, without pressure and debt of oxygen. For functional fitness, building strength and endurance, Aerobic exercises are really good.

Examples of aerobic exercises: Slow walks, Stairs, Occasional treks
