Hummus

One of our absolute favorites, the perfect dip: Hummus. You can also add cream, butter, ghee, olive oil if you wish. It’s very flexible and tastes great however it is made. Chilli flakes, finely chopped olives, no limits to being creative with this one! (It’s a hit at parties served with cucumber sticks)
