The good old scrambled eggs recipe added with the creaminess of cheese. Have this along with your salads and smoothies to complete the entire meal. Always remember to not to overcook the eggs!

3. ½ tsp olive oil (or butter)
4. Cream, 2 tbsp

How to make it Healthier
1. It’s difficult to undercook eggs but very easy to overcook. Make sure you don’t overcook the eggs, 2-3 mins cooking should give you soft creamy eggs.

Instructions

1. Put a frying pan onto a medium heat and put in the butter or oil.

 2. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat quickly with a fork.

 3. Add some salt and pepper to the egg mix.

 4. Grate the cheese and have it ready.

 5. Tip the beaten eggs into the frying pan.
6. Layer the cheese on top.
7. The eggs will start to solidify almost straight away – as soon as they do use a spatula and ‘pull’ the eggs in from the side to the middle.
8. Repeat the pulling in several times.
9. It doesn’t take long, 2 – 3 minutes cooking time is all you’ll need.
