I have a Pacemaker since Age of 27

It is important for me to share as I realize each day that CqMyOE is so much more than a weight management program. Let me share my reasons.

I have a pacemaker since I was 27. Since childhood my body worked on a slow pulse @52 bpm and had the physiological capacity to deal with it.

Now, since 27 (I’m 50 now) my pulse is fixed at 72. My cardiologist (a brilliant interventionist) has never insisted on cardio workouts or staircase climbs, even no long walks etc. I would ask him every check up, “Dr. आप mujhe weight loss, exercise etc. kyun nahin bolte? And he would smile his kind smile and say ” theek hai na aap? (Haan ji) toh chalne doh. jitna aaram se raho, jo ho sake Karo, kuch push matt karo”. I realized early, that when I did excercise/walks, as soon as my pulse is pushed to 90/99 I would get palpitations and they take long to subside, I had to sit in the bench. It was not a great feeling, would stress me out to climb stairs (I would get out of breath etc)

Since the fasting, I am now more calm and was surprised to see my BPM at 112 and the stress level at 32. This is truly amazing. I feel no palpitations and can feel the comfort in my system.

All thanks to CqMyOE and the system being created by Stuti. I have always worked on my health, have an honorary Holistic Heath doctrate from Appollo Hospital, and am an active, mentally happy person. But, this is the first time that in such a healthful and holistic manner, I am reaping the benefits of my efforts.
Surely, we need to be committed to ourselves first, to take full benefit of it. But, the way it is orchestrated is everything!! 💯

Living each line of each stanza with CqMyOE :

काँटों से खींच के ये आँचल: it was now beginning to get difficult to deal with my chronic thyroid and pacemaker since 26 and related conditions. Kheencha hai aanchal inn kaanton se maine, Stuti ne apni sehaj bhaasha mein dee himmat…..

दिल वो चला..broke the traditional ways of thinking about the body and its physiology: The first lecture on insulin resistance and the lock and key blew me. Dill woh chala….

HP Axis alignment yeh bhi control में Lana sikha raha hai….

The concept is the Community ensured ki main kho na jaaoon….. As the ways of ghee intake and green intake on a daily basis are new to me….

Roz Parasympathetic Nervous System activate karte… Early diabetic plus excessive reading को aankhon ko bahut raahat mili hai

तय कर लिया..have made up my mind… Everest toh chadd karr rahoongi phir se….. Visualise the treks I took with my D’Schoolers every night before I sleep…. CqMyOE brought that possibility back into my mind
